    CANCELLATIONS:
If we cancel a performance to ensure the safety of our cast, crew, and audience, tickets for that performance may be exchanged for another performance of the same production. In some cases, we may open an alternate, held date for ticket exchanges. Ticket exchanges are subject to availability at the alternate performance.

If no alternate dates are available for the current production, tickets may be exchanged for a performance of the next show in the season. Tickets cannot be carried over if the performance is not cancelled and the audience member chooses not to attend.

To request an exchange, please email info@qaaw.ca.

    TRAVEL CONCERNS:
If a performance proceeds as scheduled but you are unable to attend due to weather or road conditions, you may email info@qaaw.ca to request an exchange for another performance of the same production. Ticket exchanges will be processed free of charge, subject to seat availability.

    Tickets are non-refundable.

In any case, since QAAW is a registered charity, you may forfeit your ticket as a donation and we will issue a Charitable Tax Receipt for any purchases over $25.
