  • Tickets will come with a QR code, sent to your email, that will be scanned when you arrive at the theatre. You can either show us the QR code on your phone, or print out the email and show us the QR code that way!

    You can also add your tickets to your Wallet App on your phone!

  • You can text, email, or print out and hand deliver tickets to friends and family if you are purchasing as a gift, or on behalf of a larger group.

  • If you have trouble with the ticket purchasing platform, or you have a question regarding ticket sales, refunds, etc. - please email our Front of House and Sales Department lead, Yvonne at yvonne@qaaw.ca

  • Not to worry! We can look up your tickets from our end and make sure you get to your seat.

  • Only performance dates with seats still available will be displayed in the drop down menu. We hope you can enjoy our performance on another day!

  • Not every show in our season is on sale at the same time. When tickets go on sale for a particular show, we will announce it on our social media. Follow us on Facebook and Instagram for updates, or check back to the website later!

  • A preview performance is a public performance of a production that occurs before the official opening night. These shows allow the cast and creative team to refine the production, test technical elements, and adjust the show based on live audience reactions!

    Because you’re getting a sneak peek before things are finalized, we offer our preview performances as a Pay-What-You-Choose fundraiser for a local charity or community group. Tickets are available to the public at the door only - no reserved seating!
